Pi

Pi came to us from a private owner in Oregon who had owned her for ten years. She contacted The American Sanctuary Association to see if one of the accredited sanctuaries would be able to give Pi a lifetime home. we were contacted and agreed to go pick her up.

Pi was extremely overweight when she first came, but she has since trimmed down to a much healthier weight. She is very wary of us, and it has taken her time to adjust to her new living arrangements. She shares an enclosure with Shambles, a bobcat rescue, and, while they don’t cuddle, we think that they provide some level of companionship to each other. It has been hard for Pi to lose the only owner she ever knew, but we are doing all we can in order to give her a quality life.
